    * First floor is the main coven gathering space, community center feel
      * Bulletin board of coven events and news
      * Spellbook library
      * Artifact cache
      * Potion and spellwork work rooms
      * Common area for socializing
      * Small kitchen
      * Coven leader office
      *  Meeting rooms
      * Bunk room for people who need to crash for a bit
  * Basement is the large ritual space, covered in runes
  * Community garden out back
  * Second floor is rented out to a dance studio unaffiliated with the coven; has a separate entrance
